Dylan joined Citizens Online in June 2008 as EverybodyOnline's Bristol Project Coordinator and is based at the Knowle West Media Centre in South Bristol.

Dylan has a background in IT consultancy and started in software development, where he claims to have created many versions of a ‘Millennium Bug’ detector; the bug which caused programs to fail when the year reached 2000. Building on this success he then moved on to systems design and project management delivering major systems for clients including National Power, BP, Vodafone, EMI and the Patent Office.

Dylan then went on to join the South West Regional Development Agency to manage their regional broadband access and uptake programme, ‘ConnectingSW’. Following completion of this programme the South West has now become the best ‘connected region’ in the UK, on par with London.
