North West Sutherland is a very remote part of the Highlands where scenery and landscapes are beautiful but services can be limited. With the new Citizens Online project we hope to enhance and improve people’s ability to access services and opportunities by way of internet and IT, with the overall aim of developing inclusive and digitally aware communities.
