Liverpool 8

The EverybodyOnline project in Liverpool 8 was launched in April 2006.

EverybodyOnline is working in partnership with Include, Mersey Broadband and BT, and is just one part of an ongoing regeneration project taking place in Liverpool 8.

Liverpool 8 is a culturally diverse community, where there are low levels of Information Communications Technology (ICT) skills and Internet connectivity.  An improvement in ICT skills and access will hopefully help the local community overcome the Digital Divide which exists in this area, and provide them with the means take full advantage of the opportunities available.
