Heidi draws on her experiences of over 12 years partnership work in Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and the UK working across the voluntary, public and corporate sectors.

Her most recent roles focused on setting up a social recruitment company in the Thames valley which aims to help to break down the barriers that disabled people face when accessing employment opportunities.

Heidi has her fingers in many pies. For the last 3 years she has worked with her partner to bring a new and innovative relaxation product to the European market place. This has been a roller coaster ride working alongside Chinese manufacturers, the DTI and potential distributors.

Heidi’s main hobbies involve keeping chickens and camping… but not together!
