SMS Access Channel in Rural Areas – West Devon DC
This project aims to use SMS technology as a communications channel to members of the public. The focus of the project is sparse rural areas where there is little or no fast and easy connection to the internet. The use of SMS could complement existing ways to contact the public and reach more customers than any other electronic means so far.

Shoreditch Digital Bridge
The Shoreditch Digital Bridge will help generate jobs and new businesses through Europe’s largest roll out of broadband ICT. It will be a high speed network delivering online services to residents and businesses. Services will be delivered over an ultra high speed connection and can be accessed via either a TV set top box or PC.
